My name is Arturo J. Portalatín Hoyos. I joined Strategic Minds approximately nine months ago as a Customer Service Experience Representative. I have played a key role in the automotive industry, maximizing the value and performance of customer operations. In this role, I developed the ability to actively listen to customer needs, allowing me to provide effective solutions and offer high-quality service. I consider myself a committed professional, guided by empathy, responsibility, and other qualities that significantly contribute to the performance of our team. I deeply value teamwork, effective communication, and building collaborative environments where each member can contribute their best, working together toward a common goal. My favorite hobbies include my passion for cars, playing sports, enjoying the beach, and participating in social activities with friends.
