Our Academy includes three main programs

Strategic Minds Leadership Academy: Sales Leadership Program:

A 24-hour program integrating various sales disciplines, including direct sales, consultative sales, and tele-sales. Participants learn from the most competitive team members, gaining best practices from multiple industries to engage the right customers effectively.

Strategic Minds Leadership Academy: Service Leadership Program:

An 8-hour empowerment workshop for Customer Service teams. Participants delve into understanding customer needs, focusing on empathy, projection, and handling difficult situations to provide exceptional service.

Strategic Minds Leadership Academy: Management Leadership Program

A 4-week program with 8 contact hours, designed for middle management. Each week covers a different module, guiding participants to design and implement a growth structure and culture within the company. Topics include recruitment and retention, strategy execution, marketing, and program administration. This program draws from high-impact entrepreneurial acceleration programs and strategic planning processes used with Strategic Minds clients.
